- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude when my grandma called. She is on fixed income and her card got shut down for no reason. We called fraud they were extremely nice and helpful. But she couldn't help with a temp or send for a new card. She said to to call the branch near us and the woman who answered was so rude and disrespectful. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very professional, courteous, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She took care of my problem in less than 10 minutes. I had lost my debit card yesterday and saw a charge come through today that was not mine. She immediately blocked my account and said I would receive a new card in 4 to 29 days but could go into the bank tomorrow and get the new number on Temporary card.
